Kenton D. Kinnaird graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He also obtained his Juris Doctorate from the J. Rueben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Kenton is a member of the Colorado and El Paso County Bar Association, and a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Association, the Family Law Section and the Bankruptcy Section of the El Paso County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Federal and State courts and Agencies in Colorado and is admitted and qualified as attorney and counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Kenton started the law firm in 1977. He is a former Deputy District Attorney and has practiced in courts all over the State of Colorado.
